If you have misplaced or forgotten your profile code, you can place an order through this service to have it retrieved on your behalf. To successfully complete the retrieval, ensure you have either the candidate's JAMB registration number or the phone number used during registration.
Required: The candidate's JAMB registration number or registered phone number must be provided to retrieve the profile code.

How It Works

Submit Entry After Payment
Once payment is confirmed, navigate to your JAMB Services order list and click 'Submit Entry' on your active order.
Provide Candidate Details
Enter the candidate's JAMB registration number or the phone number used at the time of JAMB registration, then submit the form.
Retrieval Begins
Our system queries the JAMB e-Facility portal to retrieve the profile code. Processing typically takes 10 to 15 minutes depending on portal availability.
Receive Notification
A confirmation notification is sent to your registered email address once the profile code has been successfully retrieved.
