Why is my NIN on IPE hold?
NINs are flagged for IPE when enrollment biometric data is incomplete, suspicious, or pending review by NIMC.
How do I know my tracking ID?
Your tracking ID is printed on the acknowledgement slip issued after a NIMC enrollment session or biometric capture.
Is the fee refundable?
No. Once submitted, the service fee is non-refundable regardless of clearance outcome from NIMC.
